Each person may hold only one aaph account. Duplicate accounts — including those created under different names or contact details — violate these terms and will result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.
Identity verification (KYC) using a valid Philippine government-issued ID is required before any withdrawal is processed. This is a PAGCOR-mandated compliance requirement, not an optional step.
All aaph bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering conditions are fully met and verified.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of aaph shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and regulatory bodies.
aaph enforces responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion. Players who are self-excluded may not circumvent the exclusion by opening new accounts under any circumstances.

IMPORTANT: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and aaph ("aaph," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering, depositing funds, or participating in any game or activity on aaph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the aaph platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use aaph. This minimum age requirement is set by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or older. aaph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend any Account where the Player is found to be under 21. Any funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned to the original payment source; any winnings associated with underage play shall be forfeited in full.
Age restriction: aaph strictly enforces the 21+ requirement. Identity verification (KYC) using a government-issued Philippine ID is required prior to any withdrawal. Underage gambling is illegal and a violation of PAGCOR regulations.
aaph is intended for use by persons located in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your country of residence and physical location at the time of play. aaph does not knowingly provide services to Players in Prohibited Jurisdictions. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own legal risk and aaph bears no liability for any resulting consequences.

aaph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on aaph. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device IDs — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, aaph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets associated with such accounts, and forfeit all balances held therein. Funds deposited in excess of winnings may be returned to the original payment source at aaph's sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. aaph will never ask for your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified aaph of unauthorized access immediately upon becoming aware of it.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines, aaph is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Accepted identity documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), Philippine Passport, UMID Card, SSS ID, and Driver's License. aaph may request additional documentation at any time in connection with AML or compliance obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by aaph may result in Account suspension and temporary hold of wallet balances pending compliance review.
You are required to keep your Account information — including name, contact details, and payment method details — accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.
aaph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. aaph reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 PHP. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to additional limits applied by aaph's compliance team to individual accounts. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your aaph Wallet instantly upon confirmation.
All funds deposited into your aaph Wallet must be from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. aaph reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. Deposits originating from third-party accounts may be returned to source and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
All transactions on aaph are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). aaph does not charge currency conversion fees. If you attempt to fund your Wallet from a non-PHP source (e.g., a foreign bank card), any conversion costs are borne entirely by you and your financial institution.
aaph does not accept cash deposits. All funding must be conducted through the electronic payment methods listed above. aaph is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or telecommunications network.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have successfully completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is finalized. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00 PHP.

Processing times may be extended during periods of heightened compliance review or in connection with AML obligations. aaph will notify affected Players of any material delay.
Withdrawal funds will only be sent to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. aaph does not process withdrawals to payment methods belonging to third parties under any circumstances. This policy is in place to protect Players from fraud and to comply with AML obligations.
aaph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, aaph will notify the affected Player and may request additional documentation. Withdrawals will be released or forfeited following the outcome of the investigation.
All bonuses, free credits, promotional offers, and cashback amounts issued by aaph are subject to specific wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") and time limits detailed in the respective promotion's terms. Unless a promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise, bonuses are not immediately withdrawable as cash. Bonus funds must complete the specified wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be moved to the withdrawal-eligible balance.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered using real money games before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ₱15,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
aaph actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts, low-risk staking strategies designed specifically to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, use of automated playing tools, and collusion between Players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
aaph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated on the Platform. Promotions are available for a limited time only and are subject to availability.
Always read the specific terms attached to each aaph promotion before claiming it. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps vary between promotions.
All aaph RNG-based casino games — including slots, table games, and virtual bingo — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any Player action beyond the placement of a bet. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes over any individual session.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or interruption during gameplay, aaph reserves the right to void all bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction and return staked amounts to the respective Player's Wallet. No compensation beyond the return of staked funds is payable in connection with game malfunctions. aaph's determination of what constitutes a malfunction is final.
Live casino games are subject to the rules set by the respective live gaming studio (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi). In the event of any conflict between aaph's general game terms and a live studio's table rules as presented during a live session, the live studio's stated rules for that session shall prevail.
Sports bets placed on the aaph Sportsbook are settled based on official results published by the recognized governing body of the relevant sport or event. In the absence of official results, aaph will use credible, verifiable sources to settle bets and will communicate the basis of settlement to affected Players on request.
Odds displayed on the aaph Sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. A bet is only confirmed once aaph has acknowledged acceptance and issued a bet reference. Bets placed and confirmed at a specific price are settled at that price, subject to the void and cancellation provisions below.
aaph reserves the right to void any sports bet — and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet — in the following circumstances:
aaph applies maximum payout limits to sports bets. These limits vary by sport, event, and market type and are displayed in the Sportsbook rules section. Where a single winning bet or accumulator exceeds the applicable maximum payout limit, the payout will be capped at the maximum. The excess above the cap is not payable.

Players who choose to self-exclude from aaph must not attempt to open a new Account or circumvent the exclusion by any means during the exclusion period. Any Account opened by a self-excluded Player in breach of this provision will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR. Self-exclusion decisions, once confirmed, are irreversible for their stated duration.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaph Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:
All content on the aaph Platform — including but not limited to the aaph brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, promotional materials, software, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of aaph or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, publicly displayed, or exploited for commercial purposes without the express written consent of aaph. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, aaph's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits aaph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
aaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you also accept aaph's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. aaph's Privacy Policy sets out in full the categories of data collected, the purposes for which data is processed, data retention periods, and your rights as a data subject under Philippine law. aaph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, if aaph reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity; (c) the Player is not eligible to use the Platform; or (d) such action is required by PAGCOR or any competent legal authority.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting aaph support via Live Chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard procedures. Following closure, access to Account history will be available upon request for a period of five (5) years in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
Upon Account closure, all active bonuses and pending bonus credits are forfeited immediately. Any eligible real-money balance that has met all applicable wagering requirements shall be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, unless the closure was initiated due to breach of these Terms, in which case aaph may retain all balances pending the outcome of any investigation.
aaph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.2.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and aaph arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through aaph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting aaph support. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.
If you believe aaph has not adequately addressed your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaints channels. aaph is bound by PAGCOR's decisions on regulatory matters.
